Client Services Manager - Public Accounting Firm Due to continued business growth, our client is looking for a skilled and client-focused Client Services Manager to join their dynamic team.
Reporting to the Director, you will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for driving strategic initiatives and ensuring the delivery of outstanding client service. You will manage a talented team of professionals, ensuring regulatory compliance and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
In this role, you will lead client relationships, oversee accounting and tax engagements including SMSF, and contribute to the firm's strategic growth.

Work directly with the Director. Duties: Manage and mentor a team, providing support in client engagements. Develop and implement strategic plans to improve efficiency and meet objectives. Review financial statements and tax returns for accuracy and compliance. Cultivate strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor. Promote a collaborative work environment to encourage professional growth. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance. Skills and Experience: Minimum 10 years' experience in business services/tax within Public Practice locally, with a proven track record of success in managing client relationships and leading teams. CPA or CA qualified, with a deep understanding of accounting principles and regulations. Experience with accounting and taxation software such as MYOB, XERO, Quickbooks, BGL, Access (Handisoft) is an advantage. Experience with trusts, partnerships, companies, and Superannuation funds. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly. Exceptional leadership skills. Technical proficiency and sound compliance knowledge, with competency in using Excel. Must be a Permanent Resident of Australia. How to Apply:
