Client Services Manager

Gunners Business Solutions (GBS) is a technology company providing Managed IT and print solutions to businesses across southwest Victoria and southeast South Australia.
Our team is passionate about delivering simple, seamless support to our clients, and we're looking for someone who shares our drive to make technology work seamlessly for our clients.
We're seeking a team member with exceptional attention to detail who can juggle multiple tasks while maintaining a calm and clear focus whilst keeping the clients front of mind.
Communication is the cornerstone of this role, and you'll need to be a forward thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and dive into challenges head-on.
Key skills and experience: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 apps.
Experience in a leadership or management role.
Familiarity with managed services or IT is a bonus (but not essential).
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
Superior organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Confidence in communication and the ability to make clear, decisive decisions.
