Your leadership will drive service improvements, uphold compliance with health and safety standards, and actively support business growth.Key Responsibilities:Client Relations: Act as the primary contact for key clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring exceptional service.Operational Management: Oversee daily operations to meet contract specifications, quality standards and applicable industry regulations. This will include managing the site rosters, reporting on site audits and other compliance reporting.Team Leadership: Manage service delivery at various client sites, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and excellence to achieve operational goals and customer satisfaction.Systems & Processes: Utilise systems for reporting, auditing, and managing operations, including rostering and leave management. Embrace technology to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.Business Growth: Exceed contract retention and sales targets by delivering outstanding client service.
