Full time CMBM (Clean, Maintain, Build, Manage) is a well-established Queensland owned and operated Facility Services and Cleaning business , enjoying continued growth throughout the State.
About the role: We are looking for a conscientious, performance-driven Client Services Manager to oversee Cleaning operations at key client sites in south / southwest Brisbane with our head office being in Eight Mile Plains.
The role reports to the Operations Manager and requires previous successful experience in managing / supervising (preferably gained in the cleaning / facilities sector).
The successful applicant will ensure the delivery of high-quality cleaning services to clients, in accordance with agreed scopes of works, and will ensure that services delivered consistently meet or exceed client's expectations.
Key responsibilities include: Quickly establish personal & professional credibility with client representatives, contractors and front line employed staff.
Deliver first-rate customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
Establish productive working relationships with all stakeholders.
Undertake regular and frequent quality inspections and client liaison at client's sites (company branded vehicle provided).
There will be some stock control and ordering (including cleaning products, equipment, and chemicals) and regular use of a range of administrative and business management software / systems.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate: Ability to quickly establish rapport and build productive working relationships including supervising employed front line staff.
Highly effective interpersonal, communication, influencing and personal presentation skills.
Competence in identifying issues, analysing, and resolving problems.
Natural flair for organising and prioritising and 'getting the job done'.
Competence using IT systems and new technology e.g.
Laptop, i Pad, i Phone, etc.
