This is an excellent opportunity to elevate your career by delivering exceptional service to clients while providing essential support to Financial Planners (FPs).Key Responsibilities:Process new business applications and maintain accurate client records within the Client Management System (CMS).Coordinate follow-ups, ensuring tasks are completed on time and clients remain informed.Prepare and manage client portfolio and risk management reports.Resolve client issues promptly by liaising with fund managers and life offices.Respond to client inquiries via phone or email, delivering a friendly and professional experience.Assist with client documentation and manage appointment reminders.Schedule appointments, prepare documents for client meetings, and identify opportunities to support sales efforts.Maintain client files and records, produce detailed reports, and manage correspondence and document handling.About You:To succeed in this role, you will need:1-2 years of experience in a similar position, with proficiency in document production, financial services, and knowledge of regulatory requirements.Relevant qualifications, with a clear pathway for promotion to Associate Adviser and ultimately Adviser roles.Strong communication skills, a client-focused approach, and exceptional attention to detail.Problem-solving capabilities, a proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a team environment.Why Join?If you're looking to make your mark within a respected boutique firm that values your contributions and supports your career progression, this is the opportunity for you.
