We support services including Physiotherapy, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Podiatry and Dietetics.We are excited to welcome applicants for the role of Client Services Manager. This integral role will provide leadership and support to a small but agile team of Client Services Coordinators while fostering continuous improvement and optimization of our client experience.Core duties of the Client Services Manager:Lead and support a team of Client Services Coordinators to achieve their set KPIs and uphold a high standard of performance.Provide exceptional customer service to Gen Physio clients when calls and inquiries come through.Monitor all incoming and outgoing workflows to ensure work is distributed and actioned in an appropriate timeframe.Support our Clinicians and Team Managers with daily queries.Ensure client data is accurate and up to date.Action client referrals, waitlist tickets, and general inquiries in an appropriate timeframe.Provide phone support to new and existing clients and stakeholders through inbound and outbound calls.Be the escalation point for any client-related complaints or feedback.Provide weekly and monthly data metrics to support performance within the team.How Gen Physio can support you:Hybrid working model - allocated work from home days and early finish on a Friday at 2.30pm!Guided onboarding process to ensure you feel comfortable and supported in your role.Birthday leave - enjoy your special day on us!Discounted access to Allied Health services.This role will be a perfect fit if you:Have a minimum of 3 years previous experience in a call-center/high functioning client services environment (highly desirable).Have experience in leading and supporting team members (essential).Possess high-level problem-solving and communication skills.Demonstrate initiative in prioritizing your workload.Have your own reliable vehicle and stable home internet.Would you like to know more about whether a role at Gen Physio is right for you?
