Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Oversee client service operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Lead and mentor a team, promoting a culture of accountability and fun. Qualifications: Proven experience in a client services or management role, preferably in the finance or mortgage industry. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
