Client Services Manager – Carpentaria (Darwin, NT) Are you a leader who thrives in operational excellence while championing client care?
We are seeking a dedicated Client Services Manager to join the Carpentaria team based at Harry's Place, Tiwi, NT. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a not-for-profit organisation that provides essential services to the community.
About the role In this key leadership position, you'll oversee the smooth running of client services, ensuring the highest quality of care while supporting a collaborative and positive team environment. The role demands an individual who can adeptly manage a 24/7 Supported Independent Living (SIL) environment, demonstrating resilience and adaptability. While a background in the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is preferred, it's not mandatory. What's essential is your structured, organised, and confident management style, along with your strong emotional intelligence.
Key responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of client services, ensuring compliance with quality standards. Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team, fostering a supportive and engaged workplace culture. Manage the complexities of a 24/7 service delivery model, ensuring operational efficiency. Implement policies and processes that align with Carpentaria's values and strategic objectives. Ensure client satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement. About you Proven experience in operational management, ideally within the health, disability, or social services sector. Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and client-centric outcomes. Exceptional organisational abilities and a solution-oriented mindset. Emotional intelligence, resilience, and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic service environment. A solid understanding of compliance, quality assurance, and best practice standards. While NDIS experience is advantageous, it is not required for this role. This full-time position is based in Darwin, NT, at Carpentaria's modern facility, Harry's Place. While the role requires on-site presence, some flexibility may be available based on operational needs.
