Add expected salary to your profile for insights.In this role, you will manage a client portfolio and ensure their service requirements are met by conducting regular site audits. Additionally, responsibilities will include:Complete contract management of portfolios within a geographical area.First point of contact for any complaints or escalations.Conduct regular 'on the job' training with personnel.Establish and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.Review services with existing clients and identify any gaps in servicing we may be able to fill.Successful candidate must have:2-3 years' experience in Account Management or similar client facing roles.Relevant industry experience would be advantageous.Intermediate skills in Microsoft Suite.Ability to build and sustain strong relationships with all stakeholders.Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.Willingness to commute to remote client sites when required.What we can offer:Tools of trade (Company phone and Laptop).Fully maintained company vehicle.Comprehensive training and induction.Great collaborative team environment.Free on-site parking.About Us:AMC Commercial Cleaning undertakes a variety of employment screening checks, including Employment References, a Working with Children Check, and a National Police Check.
