Client Services Manager

Located in Brisbane CBD in modern offices, close to central station, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and supporting our financial advisors in meeting client needs.
Responsibilities: Client relationship management; you will be the first point of contact for the clients for any of their requests. Advice implementation; for both ongoing clients and new clients of the firm. Third party liaison; you will have regular contact with superannuation funds, life insurance providers and platforms to gather information, and conduct research from client queries. Client Reviews; you will assist the advisers with their client review packs, collating information and reporting ahead of the meetings. To be successful in this role you will need to have exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail and be:
