They seek a highly motivated and experienced Client Service Officer to join the team. This pivotal role is responsible for managing and enhancing client relationships, providing first-class administrative support, and ensuring all client needs are met promptly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support. Manage client queries and requests, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Coordinate and process client documentation. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of services. Assist with compliance and regulatory requirements, maintaining up-to-date records. Provide administrative support to advisers, including scheduling and preparing for client meetings. Skills & Experience Previous experience in a similar client service role within insurance. Knowledge of insurance products. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.
