QCAT is an independent tribunal established under the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2009. QCAT plays an integral role in the Queensland justice system with a mandate to provide a quick and inexpensive avenue to resolve and determine disputes, applications, reviews, and referrals in a wide range of jurisdictions.
As a Client Services Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the Client Services Team to deliver a high-quality service to the Tribunal, the registry and members of the community who access QCAT services, including vulnerable people and people in dispute.

Yearly salary: $127842 - $136895
Fortnightly salary: $4900.20 - $5247.20
Job duration: Until 22 December 2024 with possible extension
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a multi-disciplinary high performing team, fostering an organisational environment that supports staff, values performance and personal development, teamwork, customer focus and best practice outcomes in service delivery.Contribute to the strategic and business objectives of QCAT and support QCAT's leadership team.Develop, review and implement best practice policies and procedures utilising human-centred design, digital technology and data analysis to ensure delivery of timely and effective registry services.Continuously improve engagement with the Magistrates Court Services who provide QCAT services in the regions.Review and prepare timely complaint correspondence.Participate in and complete QCAT initiatives/activities to support QCAT's business plan and strategy.Perform duties in accordance with the position's Human Resources Delegation of Authority, DJAG and QCAT's policies and procedures and QCAT's Principal Registrar's Instrument of Delegation.Represent QCAT at forums, workshops and meetings as required.Applications to remain current for 12 months.
