Working at CQUniversity At CQUniversity Library, we take a unique approach to delivering digital library services. As a key member of the Library's Student and Academic Engagement team, you will collaborate with Library staff and Digital Services to provide high-quality, user-centred services to our diverse community of library clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
Operating within a service management framework to provide a high standard of client service including responding to and resolving complex client requests via digital service channels.Assisting clients with finding and using information resources.Providing advice and support to academic and teaching staff on using library resources in teaching and assisting with the processing of eReading lists.Providing advice to researchers and research teams relating to scholarly publishing, research impact and data management.You will be joining a supportive team environment and will be provided with training and mentoring to ensure your success in this position.
