About the Role:Our client is seeking a Client Services professional to join their supportive and experienced team.
While full-time availability is preferred, they are open to considering a four-day work week for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:Assist in the preparation and implementation of Statements of Advice (SOAs) and Records of Advice (ROAs).Coordinate client review meetings and manage communication.Liaise with fund managers, platform providers, and insurers.Provide administrative and operational support to management.Conduct research and prepare documentation for financial planning.About You:To thrive in this role, you will have: Exceptional time management, organization, and attention to detail.Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach.Resilience, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to positive outcomes.Qualifications and Experience:Previous administrative experience in the financial services industry, ideally within financial planning.Familiarity with XPLAN is highly regarded.A Diploma of Financial Planning is advantageous but not essential.Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.This is an exciting opportunity to join a team that values independence, expertise, and a client-first approach.
