Palloys are seeking a Client Services Executive to join their team, located in QLD. You will be responsible for providing 'First Class' customer service to all customers who visit or contact us by being energetic, attentive, and welcoming whilst maintaining an excellent level of product knowledge and service.
About the role: Provide administration and exceptional customer service support and assistance to all customers both internally and externally in a timely and efficient manner.Complete the full spectrum of customer service including pick/pack and clerical functions.Maintain a 'customer centric' approach by ensuring customer issues and concerns are resolved effectively and efficiently.Represent the business as the main point of contact via phone, email or face to face interaction.About you: Minimum 2 years' experience in a retail/sales environment.Jewellery experience preferred.Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.Ability to work under pressure and resolve customer queries.A positive 'can do' attitude, and a team player.Ability to work in a fast-paced challenging environment.Conflict resolution skills, resolving client invoicing and purchasing queries.Pallion is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
