Client Services Coordinator - Salary Packaging DivisionWalshs is looking for a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Client Services Coordinator in our specialised salary packaging division.
The salary packaging team is responsible for managing Walshs clients who utilise our salary packaging services, ensuring they receive their tax benefits each year.
This role is a great way to develop your skills in a professional services firm and kickstart your career in a firm that believes strongly in the professional development of its staff.
What will you do? Provide high-quality customer service to Walshs Practice clients.Assist in the setup and ongoing management of clients' salary packaging accounts.Liaise with third-party authority holders on behalf of clients.Ensure clients who engage with our salary packaging services receive their tax benefits each year.Manage a high volume of client accounts and queries.Input personal data of clients into our CRM system.Collaborate with your manager and other leaders in the business to provide excellent client service.What you need: Secondary Education required.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Experience working effectively in a team.Excellent organisational and time management skills to manage tasks effectively.Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment to meet team expectations.Solution-focused mindset to proactively solve issues and improve processes.Reliability is essential for success in this role.About Walshs: Walshs is a fully integrated accounting and financial services firm, located in the Brisbane CBD.
