About the Role
This is a maternity leave maximum-term engagement for 12 months.
We're a flexible workplace and are open to part time and full time applicants.
As a NDIS Client Services Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality services under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
You will be the first point of contact for new clients, managing their intake from initial referral to the development and monitoring of individualised care plans.
Beyond this, you'll be instrumental in driving our business development efforts, building relationships, and engaging with the community to expand our client base.
Key Responsibilities Client Intake Management: Handle all aspects of NDIS client intake, including initial contact, assessment, and the creation of personalised care plans.Service Coordination: Efficiently allocate referrals and work closely with stakeholders to ensure timely service delivery including scheduling.Client Support: Provide tailored advice to participants and their families, guiding them through the NDIS process and resolving any issues that arise.Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Local Area Coordinators (LACs) and Support Coordinators.Community Engagement & Networking: Actively participate in community events, networking opportunities, and other business development activities to increase visibility and attract new clients.Business Development: Leverage your existing networks and build new connections within the community to support business growth and enhance our service offerings.What We're Looking For You have a deep understanding of the NDIS and the broader disability sector, including current issues and best practices.You excel in providing high-quality, person-centred services, with proven experience in building rapport and managing stakeholder relationships.You are a critical thinker who can handle challenging situations with grace and professionalism.You have strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn and navigate our internal systems.You are proactive in identifying opportunities for growth, engaging with the community, and building partnerships that enhance our service offerings.Why Join Us?
