Client Services Coordinator

Halo Feedback is an employee feedback survey software and services company headquartered in Sydney, Australia and Galway, Ireland.
Our employee survey platform is used worldwide by clients and partners - many of which are global brands and recognized names.
We are currently hiring for the role of Client Services Coordinator.
In this role, you will provide daily administrative and client-focused support to users of our platform. Working with the team, your role will involve supporting all aspects of client delivery, from engaging directly with our clients and coordinating project workloads along with daily platform administration tasks and general user support.
The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, both written and verbal. You will be well organized and capable of managing your time efficiently, working across multiple tasks at once. Ideally, you will be proficient in the use of web-based software and capable of learning how to work a new and unique software platform. Any experience in the fundamentals of marketing and tools such as Canva would also be beneficial.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
