Current opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and experienced administrator seeking full time or part-time work (0.7+ FTE). Supporting the Darwin Partners and team, you will assist by executing quality work and exceptional client service.
Based in our Darwin CBD offices you will be surrounded by specialists with technical expertise, receive high quality training and solid support to propel your career.
The role Support and assist the team to manage workflow and internal communicationPreparation of standard correspondence such as reports and invoicing.Client service including reception, coordinating room bookings, travel bookings and diary managementPreparation of complex MS Word documents including tenders and presentations to promote our servicesMaintain office supplies and facilities managementPerform tasks with a positive outlook and identify where additional help can be offered Your skills and experience Minimum 2 years experience in a comparable role (Receptionist, PA or Team Assistant)Excellent attention to detail and accuracyA strong customer service focus and demonstrated ability to prioritise workloadsConfident written and verbal communication skillsExcellent skills with MS OfficePrevious experience in a professional services environment will be highly regarded.
