Admin / Secretarial / Office Support Administration Brisbane Permanent / Full Time 21/6/2024 Advanced Buildings are an established construction and restoration business with offices Nationally in VIC, NSW, the ACT and QLD.We are one of Australia's most trusted and experienced Insurance Building and Repair providers and we specialise in Insurance Repair and Strata work involving large and technical projects.We have long established relationships with Australia's major Insurance Companies and Loss Adjusters.We are currently looking for a Client Services Coordinator to join the team based in our QLD, North Lakes office.Reporting to the Client Services Manager, this role will be responsible for ensuring incoming phone calls, new job instructions and enquiries are received and actioned in a timely manner.Your key responsibilities will include: Manage incoming calls and inbound emails and respond as required Process new job requests Co-ordinate communication between various departments, schedule meetings, distribute reports and keep all partied informed of general business operations Recording and reporting on all work within the Filemaker system and any secondary system (i.e.EXCEL) Create PO's Complete job notes/updates Monitor and update all web portals to meet KPI's Scheduling of site inspections for estimators General reports and monitor performance as requested Demonstrated experience required: Working in a team environment Multitasking within a fast paced environment while learning new functionalities General administrative/technological competency Strong written and verbal communication skills Problem solving What we offer: Our success in the industry is attributed to our people.We value and take care of our people, so they can perform at their best, and deliver exceptional service to our customers.Advanced Building are committed to equal employment opportunities and promoting a culture of fairness, equality and diversity in its workplace.
