ABOUT THE ROLE The Client Service Consultant is the main point of contact for our amazing clients at CPA.
You will be supporting both current and prospective clients of all ages, discussing their needs and seamlessly connecting families with the right services for them.
You will be supporting the Orange clinic by scheduling appointments, problem solving and discussing clients' NDIS plans, managing incoming calls, and meeting with/onboarding new clients.
This is an on-site role.
