Bowral, Southern Highlands & Tablelands NSWPosition: Client Services Assistant (Administration & Office Support)Employment Type: Full timeOur client is the leading asset reunification business, their mission is to reconnect people with Shares, Dividends and other monetary assets they have either lost track of or didn't know they owned.The Client Services Assistant plays a crucial role in helping customers complete documentation to recover their assets.
You will be assisting our Client Services Specialists to meet workflow targets and liaise with State and Federal organisations and Share Registries to ensure our clients' cases progress quickly and seamlessly through the process.Key Responsibilities:Preparing documentation for clients based on existing templatesReviewing client submitted documentation so that it meets relevant conditionsGuiding clients through the documentation process either by phone or Video ConferenceUsing programs from the Microsoft Office Suite, such as Word, Excel, CRM, and SharePointQualifications and Skills:Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required for this position.Experience: Prior experience in claims, legal services, or financial services is preferred.Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and time management skills are essential to effectively manage multiple schedules and competing priorities.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary to customise letters, coordinate with various stakeholders, and convey scheduling information accurately.Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail is crucial to ensure documentation is accurate.Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment are necessary to handle changing priorities and unexpected changes.If you are a dedicated professional who thrives in a dynamic office environment, values precision, and is eager to grow and contribute to a high-performing team, we would love to hear from you.
