We're currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant to the State Client Services Manager.Position: Client Services AssistantLocation: The successful candidate should be located in the Gold Coast area to support our National Client Services Manager.Job Type: Full-timeKey Responsibilities:Engage with prospective clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings.Clearly articulate our conveyancing services, pricing structures, and benefits to clients.Understand clients' needs and preferences to offer tailored solutions.Provide accurate quotes and negotiate terms in alignment with company policies.Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their confidence in our services.Collaborate closely with conveyancers to ensure smooth handover of clients and information.Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and conversion goals.Contribute to refining sales strategies and client engagement techniques.Educate clients on the conveyancing process, answering queries and addressing concerns.Provide comprehensive information on legal aspects and documentation requirements.Collaborate closely with the State Client Services Manager and conveyancers to ensure seamless client transitions.Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.Qualifications and Requirements:A strong background in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Exceptional negotiation and persuasion abilities.Proficiency in organizing and managing administrative tasks.Knowledge of conveyancing processes and property transactions is a plus.Attention to detail and accuracy in client communication.Tech-savvy with experience using CRM tools and office software.Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and business priorities.A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding client experiences.Application Process:Interested candidates are invited to submit their updated resume on the link provided.Dott & Crossitt Solicitors is an equal opportunity employer.
