About the Role:
In this full-time position, you will provide vital support to their Business Advisory and Tax division. Your key responsibilities will include:
Assisting leaders and staff with administrative tasks. Collating Income Tax Returns and Financial Statements, along with other client correspondence. Preparing client invoices and managing month-end documentation. Handling corporate compliance tasks, including downloading Company Statements and preparing ASIC forms. Contributing to the efficient management of the Administration Team. About You:
At least 2 years of experience in an office admin role; experience in an accounting firm is a strong advantage. Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients and colleagues. Problem-solving abilities to address day-to-day challenges effectively. Excellent planning and organizational skills.
