ABOUT THE ROLE Momentum Collective is expanding its services into Aged Care and as a result, we require an experienced and client-focused Client Service and Claiming Manager. This position is responsible for the intake of clients from the My Aged Care and NDIS Service Provider Portal as well as the administration of client documentation setup through to billing and claiming. You will lead intake and claiming functions and will provide a wide range of administrative management and support to the Operational and Finance Teams. This position is based in our Head Office with office/work from home options.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Our ideal candidate would have a background in both NDIS and Aged Care; however, experience in either is suitable. You are a solutions-focused manager and have a good understanding of rostering, claiming, and client management systems.
