Our client, a global freight forwarding organization is looking for an experienced client services consultant to join their team at the Port of Brisbane.

About the role Reporting to the Client Services Supervisor, your role will include the following: Efficient communication with all clients Provide logistics solutions Create, confirm and send orders Ad hoc quoting, invoicing queries and escalations Attend new business implementation meetings to facilitate client onboarding, setups and introductions Travel may be required locally and interstate on an ad hoc basis About you You will be an experienced freight forwarding consultant with the following skills: Minimum 1 year experience in freight forwarding Exceptional customer service experience (over the phone and face to face) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills The ability to prioritise tasks and manage your time effectively What's in it for you?
