Reporting to the Client Services Supervisor, your role will include the following:Efficient communication with all clientsProvide logistics solutionsCreate, confirm and send ordersAd hoc quoting, invoicing queries and escalationsAttend new business implementation meetings to facilitate client onboarding, setups and introductionsTravel may be required locally and interstate on an ad hoc basisAbout you

You will be an experienced freight forwarding consultant with the following skills:Minimum 1 year experience in freight forwardingExceptional customer service experience (over the phone and face to face)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsThe ability to prioritise tasks and manage your time effectivelyWhat's in it for you?
