Client Services Administrator | Long Standing Ca Firm

The Company Our client is a dynamic accounting firm located near Hawthorn and due to a growth within the business, they are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated Client Services Administrator to join their team.
You will be the first point of contact for clients, and will assist the broader accounting team.
Your duties may include: Maintaining the client database such as updating client information Liaising with the Australian Taxation Office on behalf of clients in regards to general enquiries Notice of Assessments Preparing letters and other documentation Scheduling meetings and ensuring the meeting rooms are available Any other adhoc administrative tasks as required by the Accountants & Partners Ideally, You will have: At least 2 years' experience working in Australia in professional services or a corporate environment Previous experience using Microsoft Office Suite, FYI Docs and Xplan is highly desirable  Tech savvy and able to pick up new systems and processes'  Certificate III or IV in Business Administration is highly regarded Benefits EOFY and Christmas functions, as well as weekly paid lunches, coffees and team outings!
