Our client's team of professionals share a wealth of experience across all areas of banking and finance, having financed more than 30,000 dwellings to date.THE OPPORTUNITYReporting to the Client Services Manager, this role offers you the chance to make a significant impact on our clients' property journeys by delivering seamless, stress-free administrative support. You'll work closely with our legal representatives on all property and mortgage matters and assist borrowers with all administrative aspects of their loans. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Provide effective and timely legal and administrative support to the VMG administrative department to ensure all work is supported by necessary background information.Instruct lawyers in relation to all property transactions.Review the quality and accuracy of returned executed documents.Calculate mortgage discharge figures.Liaise with borrowers, solicitors/conveyancers, new lenders and brokers in relation to property transactions.Loan management and administration including redraws, direct debit changes and any change to loan going forward.Legal accounts payable entry and processing.Valuation fees account payable entry and processing.Develop and maintain current knowledge in relation to legal matters surrounding mortgage loans and security properties.This is an incredible opportunity for a client-focused individual with keen attention to detail who thrives in a dynamic environment.WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED3+ years administrative experience within the Banking and Finance industry or Conveyancing/Legal Industry.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to be flexible and to respond to the varying needs of clients and stakeholders.Exceptional organisational and proven ability to multitask while maintaining a high standard of work.Committed to maintain client confidentiality and maintaining the highest ethical standards.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).HOW TO JOIN USYou may apply using your LinkedIn profile; however, we would love to know more.
