Due to growth and development within the team, they are now looking for an experienced Adminsitrator to join their CBD office.


About You

You will ideally have 1 year experience working in a similar role within a public practice accounting firm.Also you will be / have :

Experience with the ATO portal & relevant accounting software
A collaborative and proactive approach to your work.
High attention to detail.
Ability to show initiative.
Excellent communication skills with experience dealing with clients.
Desire to be part of a supportive and collaborative team.

The Role

This position is a focussed administration providing support to a team of Accountants.
Your duties will include:

Maintain client records.
Handling client queries.
Liaising with internal & external stakeholders.
Preparation and collation of documents.
Contact clients to follow up and schedule appointments.
Liaise with the ATO and ASIC.
