They are looking for an eager and efficient Client Services Administrator to support their existing team of 3, acting as a key function of the firm and keeping the firm running smoothly and to deadlines!
About the Role: As a Client Services Administrator, your responsibilities will include: Liaising with the ATO regarding payment plans and client details Collating Income Tax Returns and Financial Statements (as well as other correspondence!)
Preparing client invoices and other documents associated with month-end Sending out company statements, preparation and lodgment of ASIC forms Supporting leaders and staff in the Business Advisory and Tax division Experiences and skillset: At least 2 years' experience in an office administration role (ideally in public practice accounting firm) Experience with MYOB and Xero is highly preferred Ability to multitask, problem solve and build client relationships Great written and verbal communication skills The Benefits: Up to 2 days WFH per week!
