Care for a career with a company that cares? Description: We are looking for an experienced admin to join our team to provide administration support to the Audit & Assurance division.
This role provides an outstanding opportunity to work as part of a highly regarded team in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Word processing of reports, letters, minutes, tenders, etc., including drafting of routine correspondence Preparation of bills and letters to clients Diary management Client liaison, external meetings, and venue arrangement Power Point presentation preparation Taking minutes in meetings Electronic filing of documents and correspondence Attending to company secretarial matters and preparation of ASIC forms Travel and accommodation arrangements for the Audit Team Assistance with maintaining the firm's database Skills and Experiences: About you: This role calls for someone who is highly organised, has an ability to demonstrate a high degree of attention to detail and use initiative, able to meet deadlines, have sound computer literacy, have outstanding written and verbal communications skills, and passionate about supporting others.
Your adaptability and willingness to take on additional tasks will further add to your success in this role.
Diploma or Certificate IV in Business Admin/ related field of study, or relevant experience.
Professional services experience highly regarded.
Personal assistant experience desirable.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook) #J-18808-Ljbffr
