at PKF Brisbane We are looking for a motivated and reliable administration professional to join our Business Services team on a full-time basis.

Our Business Services team is an integrated group of specialists that deliver services specifically developed and tailored to each business, providing clients with sound financial strategies, reporting and governance. We can act as an outsourced role on the client's management team, helping clients to develop better relationships with key stakeholders such as their banks and financiers.
Key responsibilitiesSupport to Leaders and staff in the Business Advisory and Tax divisionCollation of Income Tax Returns and Financial Statements, along with various other correspondence to clientsPreparation of client invoices and other documents associated with month-endCorporate compliance such as downloading and sending out Company Statements, preparation and lodgement of ASIC formsContribute to the efficient management of the Administration TeamWhat you need to applySkills and experience:
At least 2 years' experience in an office admin role preferredExperience in an accounting firm preferredAbility to communicate with clients and colleagues in a professional mannerCapable of solving day-to-day problems effectivelyAbility to plan and organiseConfident in using various technologies to contribute to an efficient workplace and interested in learning new platformsYou will be part of a broader team that is committed to skills development and a positive culture.
