Our client is an accounting firm, based 10 minutes north of the CBD. They specialise in providing business services, tax, SMSF and advisory services to various SME businesses. The office consists of 5 Partners and 20 staff.
About the position: Work Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm - with a 1 hour lunch break Salary Package: $65,000 to $95,000 + Super (depending on experience) Team: Supporting a small team of 4 accountants and 1 Partner This is an exciting permanent opportunity for an experienced client services administrator to work in an established accounting firm. The systems they use are Xero, BGL and HowNow.
With client exposure and interaction from day one, you will become an integral part of a high performing team.
The role involves a high level of admin support for the accountants, special ad-hoc projects, reporting directly to a Partner and the Practice Manager.
Duties: Following up on client queries and compliance matters Supporting the accounting team with various administration duties Corresponding with the ATO to arrange payment plans, interest & fee remissions, lodgement extensions and utilising the tax portal ASIC and ATO Compliance - ATO lodgement reconciliations, ASIC renewal invoices, prepare client letters and change of directorship or share-holdings Complete Company and Trust Set Ups and client on-boarding duties Other general administrative duties Benefits: Free parking onsite Morning teas / Friday drinks and lunches 3 week Christmas/New Year holiday Friendly, fun and sociable team End of trip shower facilities Onsite training sessions Career progression opportunities New Corporate offices Requirements: Reside in Perth, Western Australia Have full working rights in Australia - Permanent Resident or Citizen Minimum of 1.5 years admin experience in an accounting firm Exceptional verbal and written English skills Strong computer and software skills How to apply:
