The Company Our client is a highly regarded Accounting practice located in Southbank and they are a social firm who value their employees and offer career progression.
The Opportunity They are looking for a Client Services Administrator with a professional services background to support their accounting team.
Your duties may include: Liaising with Clients, the ATO, and ASIC Schedule client appointments and respond to client enquiries Preparing client correspondence, as well as to the ATO  Maintain and update software systems with client information Preparing and lodging ASIC forms Collation of financial statements and tax returns Preparing letters associated with these Coordinate the workflow and actively monitor compliance deadlines for clients ensuring lodgements and payments are made on time Ensure client review meetings are scheduled and complete About You 1+ years Client Services experience within an Accounting practice  Confident using NowInfinity MYOBE AE experience would be advantageous  Techy savvy and able to adapt to new systems Good attention to detail Able to build rapport with clients Benefits A supportive work environment with excellent culture Professional development Work for a respectable firm who is able to offer longevity and job security A competitive salary with annual reviews Ability to work from home 1-2 days a week after training period How to Apply To apply for this role, please submit your resume through the  APPLY  button.
