About the role  Part-time permanent position (0.6 FTE can be worked over 3 or 4 days per week) based in Winnellie, NT.
Reporting directly to the Team Leader Client Services, you will be responsible for: Scheduling client appointments and services Liaising with clients and stakeholders to support service delivery and data collection Ensuring accurate data entry and reporting using internal databases Processing support requests in alignment with national procedures Providing system and administrative support to Client Services staff Monitoring inboxes, folders, and portals for timely responses and updates Manage RSVPs, waiting lists, and prepare meeting materials (agendas, minutes) Coordinate logistics, including room bookings, catering, and tech setup for services What is in it for you?

About you  To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with the following:  Relevant certificate/diploma or more than 12 months relevant experience in an administration or receptionist role.
Certificate III in Business Administration would be highly regarded.
Fosters teamwork by working together and cooperatively.
Understands and uses available technologies and information to maximise efficiencies and deliver effective services Understands and complies with legislation, Dementia Australia policies, procedures and instructions.
Uses effective time management skills to plan, evaluate and organise work demands to achieve priority outcomes.
Communicates clearly and openly with different audiences.
