Exciting Opportunity for Administrative Professionals in a Growing Mid-Tier Firm!

Are you an administrative professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service? If you bring experience from financial institutions, professional services, or ideally an accounting firm, we would love to hear from you!

Join our client, a stable and rapidly expanding mid-tier firm renowned for its supportive team culture. As an integral part of the Business Services and Tax team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and supporting the partners and team members.

Key Responsibilities: Professionally engage with clients and colleagues, communicating clearly and articulately.Confidently use various technologies to streamline workflow, with an interest in learning new platforms.Provide high-level support to team members and partners, helping with tasks that keep our services running seamlessly.Collaborate on income tax returns and financial statements, preparing and sending necessary documents to clients.Assist with invoice preparation, and month-end documentation, and maintain corporate compliance through tasks such as downloading company statements and preparing ASIC forms.Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the Administration Team.What We're Looking For:
Prior experience in an office administration role (at least 12 months of Australian experience).
Experience in an accounting firm is highly valued, with knowledge of MYOB and Xero being an advantage.
Strong organizational skills, able to plan and prioritize effectively.
A genuine interest in supporting a high-performing team and enhancing workplace efficiency.
