In this office-based role, you'll be a vital part of our operations, supporting our Head Brokers and ensuring our clients enjoy seamless and positive experiences throughout the loan process.
You'll play a key role in delivering outstanding service, from loan lodgment to approval.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a liaison between Mortgage Brokers, Lenders, Conveyancers, and Clients.Guide clients through the loan application journey with professionalism and care.Manage the application process, from broker handover to loan approval.Perform accurate data entry into our industry-leading CRM systems.Gather and process essential documents to meet lender requirements.Assist brokers with discharges, pricing, policy inquiries, and loan servicing.What We're Looking ForWe're seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
