Client Service Specialist
The Energy and Power team is a dynamic global team (700 colleagues across Marsh globally) that advises companies and industry in relation to the energy, power, and renewable energy sectors. The role will report directly into the Speciality Operations team leader, but day-to-day work will be predominantly with the Energy and Power brokers in Perth, WA.

Support colleagues and clients in all aspects of administration and technical support through the accurate, efficient, and timely production of all policy and related documentation across the insurance life cycle.
Receive training in the combination of online learning modules, systems support from the Operations team, and 1:1 on-the-job learning.
Help drive standardization of processes and procedures, providing legally compliant work to the client and entering accurate information into all Marsh IT Applications.

We will count on you to:
Consistently use the required IT Applications to maintain compliance, accuracy, and workload, contributing to resource allocation and process improvement.
Ensure timely and accurate production/processing of client transactions including, but not limited to:
invoices and related policy accounting documentation
quotation and placing slips
premium and adjustment calculations
information and documentation for Pre-Renewal and Broking meetings
draft policy wordings and endorsements
renewal reports and insurance manuals
certificates of currency
current and outstanding documentation follow-ups
all other documentation
Support the achievement of high levels of client satisfaction through effective administrative support to Account Brokers.
Ensure that accurate up-to-date records on all clients are maintained at all times.
Possess a thorough understanding of all major classes of insurance which the Company offers to its clients.
Adhere strictly to the Company's Quality practices and other systems and procedures.
Comply fully with the Company's Errors and Omissions avoidance policy.
Other duties as may be required from time to time.
What you need to have:
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Strong administration and organizational skills.
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and a fast learner of other computerized systems.
Ability to work under pressure and possess an understanding of the importance of meeting deadlines through effective time management skills.
Motivated self-starter focused on achieving results and able to work autonomously as well as be a team player.
What makes you stand out?
High School Certificate or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar broking/operational role, preferably in an insurance-related field.
Minimum Tier 1 ANZIIF Broking License.
