**Key Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and effectively.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, personalized service, and proactive solutions.
- Collaborate with various internal departments to facilitate the resolution of client issues, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to identify trends, enhance service offerings, and improve overall client satisfaction.
- Assist in the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and an exceptional initial experience.
- Prepare and deliver reports to management on client satisfaction, service metrics, and trends.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings to provide informed advice to clients.
- Participate in team meetings, sharing insights and strategies for improving service delivery and client engagement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in the company's CRM system.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while fostering a culture of respect, inclusivity, and teamwork.
**Requirements**:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in client service, customer support, or a related field.
- Strong emotional intelligence to understand client needs, anticipate their concerns, and respond appropriately.
- Exceptional decision-making skills to evaluate complex client situations and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Proven ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, showcasing professionalism and clarity.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with data analysis is a plus.
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends related to Ball's services and products is preferred.
