**Job Description:**

Orora, a global leader in packaging and visual communication solutions, is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Client Service Specialist to join our vibrant Brisbane team. As a part-time member of our client services department, you will play a pivotal role in creating exceptional client experiences and fostering long-lasting relationships with our clientele. **Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Client Relationship Management:**
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback to ensure their needs are met promptly and effectively.

2. **Service Delivery:**
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver services that meet client expectations, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they occur.
- Monitor service delivery metrics and follow up on any outstanding client requests or issues to ensure timely resolution.

3. **Order Management:**
- Process and track client orders from initiation to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness throughout the process.
- Liaise with logistics and production departments to confirm timelines and delivery schedules.

4. **Negotiation and Strategic Planning:**
- Assist in negotiating service agreements and resolving conflicts with clients in a manner that aligns with company values.
- Support the development and implementation of strategic client service initiatives to enhance client satisfaction.

5. **Reporting and Documentation:**
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and service feedback for continuous improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on client service metrics, highlighting trends and areas for growth.

6. **Continuous Improvement:**
- Provide insights and suggestions for improving operational processes to enhance service quality.
- Participate in client feedback sessions and workshops to inform service enhancements and innovation.

7. **Team Collaboration:**
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a cohesive approach to client service.
- Contribute positively to team meetings, sharing ideas and updates on client interactions.

**Requirements:**

- **Education & Experience:**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in client service, customer support, or a related field.
- Relevant qualifications in business, communications, or a related discipline are preferred.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Hardworking and dedicated to delivering exceptional client service.
- Energetic with a positive attitude that brings joy and vibrancy to the work environment.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and maintain positive client relationships.
- Proficient in strategic planning, able to identify client needs and align them with company services.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in CRM systems and standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- understanding of data analysis and reporting tools is a plus.
