Client Service Representative - Work From Home

Job Description:

Graphite is seeking a motivated and resourceful Client Service Representative to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows for remote work flexibility.

Responsibilities:1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and online chat.2. Process client orders and requests accurately and in a timely manner.3. Assist clients with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.4. Maintain client records and update information as needed.5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience.6. Analyze client feedback and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.7. Innovate new ways to enhance the client service process.8. Participate in training and professional development opportunities as required.9. Meet and exceed performance metrics related to client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.2. Resourceful and motivated with a positive attitude.3. Strong analytical skills and the ability to think innovatively.4. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.6. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.7. High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred.
