We want to hear from qualitative research specialists! We're talking the relationship builders, the commercially savvy, the challengers, the client centric, the storytellers, the curators, the inspirational, the collaborative and the action orientated.
We're looking for people of all different levels, but what you all have in common is experience in the insights industry (insights agency or commercial background is a must) , the ability to work with diverse inputs and tell a compelling, clear story, enjoy working on juicy client challenges, and want to influence decision making.
As a qualitative researcher in our Melbourne team, you will play an active role in the delivery of amazing work, you will be responsible for all parts of research and insight process, from proposal and project design to moderation and the delivery of actionable and strategic insights and outputs.
ABOUT YOU

You hold a university degree in your area of expertise. With working experience in a similar role within an agency or commercial environment in Melbourne (a must), you've honed your skills in qualitative research. You have fine-tuned expertise in research, marketing, psychology and/or social science fields.
You have excellent knowledge of insights covering a range of project topics and methodologies, such as brand development, communications development and testing, customer experience, audience understanding, innovation and NPD.
You have a track record of leading projects with ease and impact, backed by solid analytical and storytelling abilities. You have knowledge, or the desire to learn, in the areas of Culture Analysis and/or Behaviour Change. You're not afraid to think outside the box and explore new ideas, using your creativity to solve complex challenges with our clients.
