Navistar International is seeking a reliable and hardworking Client Service Officer to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. This is a part-time remote position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in client service.

Responsibilities:- Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.- Work collaboratively with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any issues that may arise.- Assist in the development of client service strategies and processes to enhance overall customer experience.- Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions for future reference.

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.- Proven experience in client service or a related field.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to adapt to changing situations and think critically to find solutions.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
