- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions in our customer management system, contributing to process improvement initiatives.
- **Product Knowledge:** Stay abreast of Afterpay's product offerings, policies, and promotions to provide clients with accurate information and insights, enhancing their knowledge and engagement with the brand.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with senior team members and cross-functional teams to share insights on client feedback, emerging trends, and potential improvements to our service offerings.
- **Community Engagement:** Foster a positive relationship with clients, encouraging loyalty to Afterpay by demonstrating genuine care and understanding of their needs.
- **Compliance:** Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, maintaining the integrity and security of customer information.

### Requirements:

#### Educational Background:
- High school diploma or equivalent (pursuing or completed higher education preferred).

#### Experience:
- No prior experience required; however, any exposure to customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus.
