Their seamless eCommerce platforms provides all the big tyre brands to a vast array of dealerships, mechanics and tyre stores.

Share expertise to provide exceptional customer support and assistance across multiple channels, such as phone, email, web and live chat. Collaborate in a fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for answering inbound customer service queries (voice and digital).Develop and support solutions with the day-to-day operations within the tyres business through tasks such as, product support, suppliers and logistics providers as well as some administrative tasks. Qualifications What we're looking for Demonstrated inclusive and interpersonal attributes that connect you to our behaviours (we change the game, we own it, we step in, we are curious, we don't take ourselves too seriously).Motivation to learn new processes and systems to deliver a best-in-class customer service experience.Demonstrated understanding and expertise to manage enquiries through to resolution, this could involve liaising with multiple stakeholders both internal and external.A great team player with an ability to work autonmously when requiredUnderstand and share expertise on tyreconnect products and services.Motivation to grow authentic relationships to retain clients whilst exceeding KPIs.
