Our client is seeking a Client Service Officer to join their dynamic team.
This role plays a pivotal part in delivering exceptional client service within the financial planning department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client inquiries, facilitating communication between clients and financial planners, and ensuring a seamless client experience throughout the financial planning process.
With strong interpersonal skills, a solid understanding of financial planning concepts, and a commitment to client satisfaction, this role offers an exciting opportunity to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely responses.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and trust.Assist financial planners in preparing for client meetings by gathering necessary documentation and information.Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.Maintain accurate and organised client records on Xplan & Salesforce, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.Address and resolve client issues or concerns promptly, escalating to financial planners or management as necessary.Stay informed about industry trends, financial products, and regulatory changes to provide clients with relevant information.Requirements: Strong interpersonal skillsSolid understanding of financial planning conceptsCommitment to client satisfactionExcellent relationship-building skillsOrganisational skillsProblem-solving skillsKnowledge of industry trends, financial products, and regulatory changesAboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
