provides specialist calibration, repair and support services for hearing and balance equipment to the Audiology industry throughout Australia. Our customers include Hearing Clinics, General Practitioners, Community Health Centres, Hospitals, Schools and Heavy Industry. Diatec provides a nationwide service from our four labs based in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth.
The Role:
As a Junior Admin Coordinator at Demant, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to the Diatec Team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a positive client experience while fostering a supportive team environment. You will contribute to the consistency across all brands by establishing and maintaining agreed practices and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support for day-to-day service bookings and manage the service and info email inboxes.
Accurately enter data and customer information into systems.
Effectively operate and utilize systems, addressing any issues and initiating troubleshooting or involving support teams as necessary.
Offer daily support to the administrative team for the service teams.
Ensure timely and accurate responses to all service-related inquiries and tasks.
Assist in coordinating jobs and managing in-house logistics for the service team.
Support quarterly stocktaking for the sales and service team.
Undertake any other duties as reasonably requested from time to time.
Demonstrate problem-solving skills and initiative in addressing ad hoc duties.
Desired Skills & Experience
Demonstrated Customer Service experience in a service operations/logistics environment is desirable.
Documentation preparation and management experience is desirable.
Strong time management skills and the ability to proactively prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
Ability to build productive relationships, loyalty and collaboration with others (e.g. customers, colleagues, partners & suppliers).
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in computer usage and software applications.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
Customer-centric mindset with a dedication to delivering exceptional service.
Qualifications:
Onsite, Permanent, Part time (3x a week, 9:00am - 5:00pm in North Ryde office).
