United Rentals is seeking a dedicated and passionate Client Service Officer to join our dynamic team in Canberra, ACT. As a integral part of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing client relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery. ### Key Responsibilities:

- **Client Interaction:**
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a focus on providing exemplary customer service.
- Proactively follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and to identify opportunities for additional services.

- **Service Coordination:**
- Collaborate with various teams to coordinate service requests, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of United Rentals' product and service offerings to provide accurate information to clients.

- **Data Management:**
- Maintain up-to-date client records in CRM systems, including service history and preferences.
- Assist in preparing reports on client interactions and service metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

- **Problem Resolution:**
- Identify client issues and work with relevant stakeholders to resolve them promptly, demonstrating a customer-first mentality.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments while providing feedback on customer concerns.

- **Team Collaboration:**
- Actively participate in team meetings to discuss strategies for improving client satisfaction and service delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm creative solutions to enhance client experience.

- **Continuous Improvement:**
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor services, and new products to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role.

### Requirements:

- **Educational Background:**
- A minimum of a completed secondary education; a bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferable but not mandatory.

- **Experience:**
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the rental or equipment management industry.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Passionate about providing exceptional service and fostering strong client relationships.
- A hardworking individual who takes pride in their work and endeavors to exceed client expectations.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong creativity to devise innovative solutions for client needs and process enhancement.
- Effective teamwork skills to work collaboratively with different departments and contribute positively to a dynamic working environment.

- **Technical Proficiencies:**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software.
