Job Description:

CSL Limited is seeking a dedicated and energetic Client Service Officer to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As an Associate Level position, the Client Service Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, managing client accounts, and ensuring their needs are met. This is a part-time position with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have
- Manage client accounts, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized service and support
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Assist in developing and implementing strategic plans to improve client satisfaction and retention
- Provide regular updates to clients on relevant products, services, and promotions
- Monitor client feedback and satisfaction levels, identifying areas for improvement

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a client service or related role
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Strong strategic planning abilities with a focus on long-term goals and objectives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
